How to find us

We are located in Royal Oak at 1110 Catalpa. Catalpa is 11 1/2 Mile Road. We are bounded by Eleven and Twelve Mile Roads on the North and South and by Woodward Avenue and Main Street to the West and East.

From Woodward Avenue:
     Proceed east on Catalpa to our clinic at 1110 Catalpa.

From I-75:
     Take either the Eleven or Twelve Mile exit. Proceed West to Main Street. Take Main Street to Catalpa. Proceed West on Catalpa to our clinic.

From I-696:
     Take the Woodward exit. Proceed North on Woodward to Catalpa. Proceed East on Catalpa to our clinic.
